    Liked the hotel, it is exceptional and clean, has amazing and beautiful location near several regional Christmas markets. Location: the property was really close to all restaurants and a Bavarian cultural festival with fireworks to boot.

    perfect, it has 5***** and in fact they should have an extra + to them. All things where as they should or could be, and even better! Restaurants, spa and pool (25 m+). All four(!) restaurants and the breakfast too, are great. Next to that, personnel and the staff, act like real people and not like living statues in a 'Heimat' uniform. They are always friendly, give personal attention and ready to assist, if you need them. Next to being a great and splendid hotel, the surroundings are also ideal; you have a great view on the Tegernsee. The centre of Munich, the castles of Ludwig II (Neuschwanstein, Linderhoff, Herren Chiemsee) are all within a reasonable distance. The village itself is also nice and has all the shops your wife can think off

    - 1 .Breakfast is excellent 2.we made a reservation fro 3 nights but happened to have an urgent check out at 10 pm of the last night, the hotel only charged us for 2 nights stay which means they allowed us for late check out at 10 pm! without our request. we found this is very impressive and we will definitely go back

    Really good service from the hotel staff.

    I found the room uncomfortably hot, and the small air conditioner couldn't keep up with the heat. The lack of cleanliness in the cups provided was disappointing and made me question the housekeeping standards. The overall experience felt overpriced for the quality received.

    No proper air conditioning left us sweltering!!! Housekeeping could step up their game with cleanliness in common areas and some pool zones. Overcrowded public areas could detract from the luxury experience!!!

    Staff very friendly, the location wonderful and the distance from Munich only about an hours drive from the centre. The breakfast was 1st class but in a relaxed buffet style.

The outdoor pool was perfect for a refreshing dip after enjoying a relaxing soak in the jacuzzi.
